DO YOU ALLOW RESELLING?

Unfortunately, we do not allow reselling as of the moment. All products are sold directly from our website and at our physical store.

DO YOU ALLOW CONSIGNMENT OF ITEMS?

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Yes, we’re located at Unit 6 and 7 Valencia St. cor. N. Domingo Street Valencia Hills Condominium Commercial Complex, Quezon City, 1112 Metro Manila.

ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF YOUR ITEMS ACCURATE?

We try to be as accurate as we can so the items can fit you perfectly! The measurements presented next to the items are guides to check what size is perfect for you! Please allow errors for the following products:

  • Face Masks: -0.5” to +0.5”

  • Gowns: -1” to +1”.

IS THERE INSURANCE FOR MY PACKAGE?

Yes! Your package is insured up to Php 500. But don’t worry, it rarely happens that a package gets lost or damaged while in transit. If you’re worried that this might happen to you, send us an email at reginetolentinoatelier@gmail.com

DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS OR PROMOS?

Sometimes we have promotions and discounts that run for some time. We’ll let you know through our social media platforms and emails! If you’d like to be updated when we have these, you can subscribe to get our emails on our website and turn on notifications on Instagram and Facebook!

HOW DO I LOCATE MY PACKAGE? WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING CODE DOESN’T SHOW UP?

Your tracking information is coded once the product has been shipped. If you are not able to track your package, please check again at a later time. If you are still having problems with tracking your package, send us an email at reginetolentinoatelier@gmail.com

THE PRICE OF ONE OF THE ITEMS I LIKE HAS CHANGED SINCE VIEWING IT OR ADDING IT TO MY CART. IS THAT NORMAL?

Yes, this may happen sometimes as prices change due to factors such as stock level, sale period, customer demand and such.

All packages are handled by J&T Express, Gogo Express, Grab or Lalamove.

I WANT TO CHANGE SOME OF MY ORDER DETAILS, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes, as long as you have not yet settled payment for it. Send us an email at with the following details:

  • EMAIL SUBJECT: Change Order Request

  • Email Text

    • Your Name

    • Order Number

    • Items you’d like to add/remove.

Please note that change order requests are subject for approval depending on the following factors: (a) availability of the replacement item, (b) status of delivery, (c) availability of items to be added, and other relevant factors.

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD. HOW DO I DO THIS?

AFTER PAYING, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?

After payment, you need to submit an email to reginetolentinoatelier@gmail.com so that we can verify your purchase. As soon as your payment has been verified, your order will be scheduled on the nearest available shipping date. You may receive your package in 3-10 days depending on your location.

For COD or Pabili Payments, you may receive it in 1-3 days or same-day delivery depending on the availability of items.

IS THE PRODUCT’S COLOR DEPICTED ACCURATELY?

We try our best to capture the product as accurately as possible however, the image may distort colors depending on lighting, monitor display and other factors outside of our control.
