RETURN POLICY
If you receive your product in less than perfect condition, please let us know by sending a photo of the product to reginetolentinoatelier@gmail.com or on Instagram @reginetolentinoatelier, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can with how we can help.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’d like to exchange your new product, just let us know by sending us an email at reginetolentinoatelier@gmail.com with the email subject “REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE” and we will process your request for exchange in return for store credits. Please note that for the product to be eligible for exchange, it must fulfill ALL of the following conditions:
(a) Request for exchange is sent to reginetolentinoatelier@gmail.com SEVEN (7) days after receiving the package.
(b) The packaging is unopened.
(c) The product is unused.
REFUND POLICY
Regine Tolentino Atelier currently does not accept refunds. However, if you are not pleased with an item that you bought, please let us know by sending a photo of it to reginetolentinoatelier@gmail.com or on Instagram @reginetolentinoatelier, and we can process your request for exchanging the item for store credits instead.
